The Experience begin the first of a two nightly performances during their three-night stand at Bill Graham's famed Winterland concert venue in San Francisco, California. Buddy Miles Express and Dino Valenti supports the group each night. Jefferson Airplane bassist Jack Casady joins the group onstage, adding a second bass line to "Killing Floor" during the second set.
