The April 26 performance at the Los Angeles Forum would mark The Experience's first and only performance in the LA area in 1969. An inspired set performed before a raucous, sold out house. "I Don't Live Today", originally mixed by Eddie Kramer in June of 1969 for a proposed live album, was issued as part of the Jimi Hendrix Experience box set.
