On the heels of its successful US theatrical debut at the 2001 New York Film Festival, Blue Wild Angel: Jimi Hendrix Live At The Isle Of Wight will make its European theatrical premiere at the 31st Annual Rotterdam Film Festival. In the United States, the film will be featured at the Northwest Film Center in Portland, Oregon on January 11, 12, and 13, 2002. The Prince Music Theater in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will also show the film on February 16, 17, and 21. As part of this special engagement, Director Murray Lerner will be featured at the Saturday, February 16 screening and will take part in a question and answer session with audience members.
